Joe's built and sold gym concepts in the brick and mortar space and now Coaches and Consults busy people (and companies) to transform their Being inside/out - outside/in. Joe is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 16 years of experience, a Nutrition Specialist with other certifications in Kettlebells, TRX, Sandbags and is a YT200 Certified Yoga Instructor. Joe is also a trained facilitator in Voice Dialog and Shadow Work.
