Chris Yonker is a father, husband, martial artist, and world-leading resource for high achievers. Family has always been a top priority for Chris and he knew early on that he wanted to be the creator of his life. By building a business that worked for him, Chris has been able to create amazing experiences with his family, and has helped others do the same.

 

With over twenty -five years working at 3M leading teams in sales and driving change , coupled with ten years in the consulting arena specializing in Conscious Leadership. His alchemy helps clients move beyond the illusions that are hindering this self-realization and allows them to take quantum leaps in their transformation.

Bio for Jolie Yonker

 

Jolie Yonker is the Founder/Director of East Coast Yoga Club. She is known for her adaptability to the variety of practitioners who attend her classes, the inclusive nature of her teaching, and her authenticity. As a lineage-based teacher, Jolie has deep reverence for traditional yoga and presents it in a way that is adaptable for the modern day yogi. Known for her light-hearted approach to teaching, Jolie creates a welcoming environment for all who attend her classes. She thrives on finding ways to integrate challenging postures and sequences in a safe and accessible way, providing multi-level options in every class.

 

Jolie began practicing yoga in the1990s before finding her first yoga hOMe with Mimi Loureiro at O2 Yoga in 2000. A dedicated practitioner, she eventually became a certified yoga teacher in the Ashtanga lineage, completing her training with David Swenson and Shelley Washington. Jolie continues to expand her knowledge base by attending a variety of classes, workshops and trainings on a regular basis. Not only does this enrich her personal practice, but also informs her teaching. Jolie continues to find this practice to be a humbling, challenging and dynamic gift and loves to share it with her class participants
